35-year-old Alexander Treshinsky, the president of Alken Industries and a small business owner in York, Maine is facing a civil rights complaint. On November 23, 2024, Treshinsky hired a 35-year-old man living in South Portland who was an immigrant from the Democratic of Congo, to install and fix flooring at his business in York, Maine. The news release from the Attorney General did not name either business. After the man did his work, he forwarded Treshinsky a link to his cash app for a payment of $1,140.52, the cost including both labor and materials. After this request, Treshinsky sent them a slew of “threatening, vulgar, and xenophobic messages.” [1], [2].
Treshinsky sent images of his genitalia to the man, and threats to assault his daughter [3]. Treshinsky texted, “Remember my face, ‘boss’”; “Go away you ugly [expletive]. You dumb [expletive] igger (sic)”; “Do you want help to leave the country. Not your country…My country”; and “Why did your tribe sell you away? They don’t want you hahahahaha.”
In his vitriolic voicemails, Treshinsky mocked the victims’ accented English. Also included in the voicemails:
“Get the [expletive] out of business in America. I will be your worst enemy until you are gone”; “I promise you…I will chase you down until your [expletive] children’s children’s children give up”; “Understand…you have a [expletive] enemy now. I will follow you until the end of the [expletive] earth until you fall off it”; and “I’m coming after you bud. You, your business, everything.”
Treshinsky still has not paid the victim.
According to the AG’s office, the harassment from Treshinsky had scared the man as well as his family.
The AG has requested that Treshinsky shall have no contact with the victim, or any member of the victim’s family, and also to comply with the Maine Civil Rights act moving forward. A knowing violation of an order that is issued under the Civil Rights Act is a Class D crime, which can be punishable by up to 364 days in jail and a fine of $2,000.
Under the Maine Civil Rights Act, “all persons have the right to engage in lawful activities without being subjected to such conduct when it is motivated by bias against the victim’s race, color, religion, sex, ancestry, national origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.” The law also makes it so the AG is able to seek a court order against any individual who knowingly interferes or attempts to interfere with another individual’s legal rights through threats of violence of violence, physical force, or engaging in conduct that would result in a reasonable person suffering emotional distress.
Maine’s attorney General Arron M. Frey states that Treshinsky’s behavior was “particularly egregious because he targeted the victim because of their race and national origin.” The office of the AG thanked the York Police Department who helped them work on this case.
He has also been criminally charged in the York County Superior Court for one count each for criminal threatening and harassment by telephone. According to a court clerk, he decided to plead not guilty to the charges.
Everyone knows that hate has been on the rise here in New England, and all around the country. Thankfully, Treshinsky is facing legal percussions, but it’s just as crucial to hold them accountable socially as well.
While researching Treshinsky, I didn’t find any evidence of him being openly racist on the internet or working for companies that seem to hold any bigoted beliefs. I also haven’t found any evidence that would lead me to believe that Treshinsky tried to spread any hate within the workplaces that he was previously/currently employed at. The companies that he has worked for seem to be pretty forward thinking and progressive in nature, and he has actually been fired from one of his jobs which we’ll get into later.
I’ve been researching many cases where individuals will spout racist and xenophobic rhetoric without a care in the world, with their full names and faces attached to their hate speech. This is because everybody knows what they are, and because they have nothing to lose. Notorious neo-Nazis and fascists who reside in Maine and New England like Ryan J. Murdough, Russell James, and hell, even your regular old racists like Paul LePage don’t care about the fact that their identities could be forever tainted by their hateful speech and ideas. Treshinsky’s behavior was targeted to the victim and the victim’s family. He didn’t boast about the fact that he sent pictures of his genitals to the victim and threatened to sexually assault the victim’s child, because he knows that his behavior is unacceptable, and cowers behind the facade of being a normal business owner. He knew that his behavior was wrong, and he still proceeded with it.
Another side note, a big portion of this article may seem redundant, especially the parts where his work history is discussed, but I believe that there is a lot of value in thorough research and getting as much information on a topic that you’re able to.
Who Is Alexander Treshinsky?
A comment on Instagram that a user made under a post from a mutual aid group based in Maine says that they went to high school with him and that it “checks out.” [archive]. Another person said that they’d been in school with Alex since third grade, and alleges that he would bully them, and claimed that he was “always getting in trouble” and “had to be the center of attention.” [active post] [viewer].
Alexander Treshinsky graduated from Pentucket Regional High School in Newbury, Massachusetts. He got a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and related support from Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, MA. Here’s his LinkedIn pages.
As you can see in his LinkedIn bio, it says that he’s a Wholesale Distribution / Store Owner who is located in York, Maine. He worked as a specialist at Apple in Salem, New Hampshire for over two years from March 2010 to November 2012. After that, he worked at Verizon Wireless Cellular Sales as a Sales Lead from March 2013 to March 2016.
He has three different career listings that are current as of 3/19/2025. One of them is ProCell Therapies out of Clearwater Beach, Florida. He’d been working there since March of 2016 as a National Market Trainer, where it’s believed that he works in “sales and training for a microchanneling device manufacturer.”
A review from October 22, 2020, from the ProCell Therapies page on the Chamber of Commerce website gives a one-star review to the company. This customer says that they had been trying to reach out to Treshinsky, saying that he had sold them a ProCell kit the year prior, and was ready to give a full refund. The review can be seen below. In June 2019, he’s listed as the President of Alken Industries in York, Maine. Alken Industries LLC is registered under the Texas Secretary of State Business Registration under his name where he is listed as the owner/CEO, Another Alken Industries LLC is listed in George West, Texas as well, and has him listed as a director and the Owner/CEO. In March of 2020, he started working as a Head Of Corporate Sales at The Beauty Circuit, a company that has worked with ProCell Therapies.
Looking at Bizapedia, Treshinsky is listed as a managing member.
His job description is listed as “medical and aesthetic device networking events.” According to public records, The Circuit LLC was also registered under his name, and has an inactive registration status.

A writeup about Alex on the ProCell Therapies website corroborates education and his work history completely.
Here’s some more validating evidence.
On March 19, 2025, the communications director at ProCell Therapies reached out to @projectreliefme asking to remove the tag they had put on the previous post about Alex, going on to say that “Alex’s sales affiliations with [them] has ended in light of this,” They also said that his actions don’t reflect the values of the company or their employees, and that they have a diverse team, and that they reject “any form of discrimination and will always stand by our values.”
Alex is also the Chief Executive Officer of a Maine company called Sage Maine Inc that is located in Kittery, Maine (where he says he’s from on Facebook, see first image below), a town that is just twelve minutes from York. His Facebook account also says that he lives in Kittery, Maine. His LinkedIn page that lists him as the CEO now seems to be defunct, but a screenshot of a websearch still exists.

Sage Maine, in their own words, is a company that was “Born from the appreciation for the archaic and the arcane, Sage is a storefront featuring a curation of relics from some of the most remote areas of the planet, married with a council of practitioners specializing in a variety of healing arts.” They pride themselves on sustainability and sourcing their products ethically.

They offer services like guided meditation, yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and reiki.
This is most likely the store in which this incident all started, since this seems to be the only physical location that Treshinsky works at, at least in the state of Maine. I’m not sure if he is still the CEO of this company; I’m hoping he’s not since they seem to have a more forward way of thinking when you look at their website.
Criminal History
I also came across a police log from Seacoastonline.com, a news website that is based out of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The first log is locked behind a paywall. The log that was published on February 21, 2014, at 1:46PM, Treshinsky had a warrant out for him.
Another log from the website says that he was arrested on a bench warrant on April 21, 2014. [archive]
On August 16, 2016, the New Hampshire Union Leader posted a log of DWI Revocations, and Treshinsky’s name popped up on it as well. The original article is locked behind a paywall, but you can use 12ft.io to bypass it, just copy and paste the web address into the website.
There is another article from the New Hampshire Union Leader (also behind a paywall) listing more license revocations, this time in Hanover rather than Hillsborough.
With all of that said, I think that it’s safe to say that Treshinsky isn’t someone that we should be doing business with. He’s a hateful, reckless coward with no regard for human life, who doesn’t deserve a penny.
What can We Do About It?
We can alert the community of Treshinky’s behavior. Below is a link to a flyer warning the community.
